Google Invites RRHS Students to Present at International Conference

SXSWedu is a International Conference that seeks to reach an audience of education stakeholders and present them with best practices to improve teaching and learning.

On Wednesday, March 5th, Round Rock High School students had the opportunity to show how much they rock at the SXSWedu Convention in Austin. Three students represented RRHS in front of educators, Google developers, and assorted Google Gurus, as they presented a 30-minute demonstration of how they use Google Drive and Google Sites to create ePortfolios and compose, collaborate on, and submit assignments for class. Attendees were impressed with the expertise exhibited by the RRHS students, as they fielded questions and demonstrated answers on the fly with ease and style.

What a great experience for these students and what a compliment for RRHS to be asked to present.
